Can it be infected? and if so what should i do?

So i got my gall bladder removed about a week ago. They way they do it now is makin 3 little wholes in ur abdomen and one in ur belly on takin the gall bladder out from there. To close it up they use strip tapes. The ones from my abdomen fell out but the one from my belly on is still there. Now it has been oozing for bout 5 ddays and the smell is crazy.. could it be infected if so what should i do? i mean i know i should go to the doctors which i am on tuesday but wat should i do till tuesday?

My Husband Is Not The Man I Married...Help?

I have been married for almost three years. I have no children, but I am desperately in love with my husband. I have no idea what happened, and I am sure I am at fault somewhere. My husband used to be so doting, he would do everything and anything to make me happy, yet over the past year he won't let me come around his friends (he says I create too much drama—so if he goes to hang out with any of his friends I am not allowed to come...tonight he's going to a cookout), he started calling me names, he gets overly frustrated with me all the time and says I annoy him. He says he loves me sometimes...I asked him if he was seeing anyone else, he just avoids the question…actually any question that involves our relationship on any real level. He will spend money doing stuff with his friends, but never has enough money to take me out on dates. We just stay home, eat, watch television, or take naps together. He hates my parents suddenly enough to avoid going to my family functions, but gets really angry if I don't go to his. I cook for him all the time, I clean up after him. If I do anything wrong by his standards he yells at me. He almost never says sorry for hurting my feelings or being mean to me. I say sorry all the time...too much I gather because now he won't accept my apologies. He says sorry coming from me doesn't mean anything anymore. He doesn't trust me at all. He checks up on me all the time, won't let me wear clothing he deems too revealing, and accuses me constantly of cheating on him. Having relationships with other men is out of the question, and it’s even gotten so bad that he has started saying all my friends are bad influences on me and gets angry if I do anything with them. The bedroom has never been an issue for us. I have always said that this is the only area of our relationship that has never suffered any issue. He is attentive and loving. I just don’t understand why it doesn’t translate to our “functional/practical” lives. I don’t feel wanted, loved, or needed in our practical life…I just feel like a bother all the time. Emotionally I am so frustrated and exhausted because it seems as if everything I do doesn't help…sometimes I feel my efforts just make things worse. He tells me I should know what I need to do to make this relationship better. BUT I DON’T!!! Does anyone have any advice for me? I wanted to take him to counseling but he refuses to go. I don’t believe in divorce unless it is the last resort…I don’t feel we’ve gotten there yet. I want him to love me again, to treat me sweetly and kindly. The man I know today is not the man I married. Is it too late? Can I do something to change his attitude towards me? Please, anyone…Help.

Barnswallow nest in chimney?

We have a nest of barnswallow babies in our chimney, The nest is at the bottom of the chimney, right above our flue. We are wondering how the babies will get out as they have a pretty far distance to go up the chimney to get out and don't know how strong they will have to be to accomplish that. Chest tightness and discomfort, with no cough?

I've been smokin for like 8 years and stopped last year when the chest pain started, so now i only get those symptomes when i smoke even 1 ciggarette alone will have me feelin the chest tightness and discomfort, but with no cough at all even when i force my self to cough its not even productive, the chest pain feels like more located at the wall and ribs in the lower part of my lungs, feels like an obstruction by small particles am not sure, another thing is that i feel really relieved when i do exercises like it cleans my lungs, even without coughing , plus i had alot of episodes of gastritis and heartburn when i was young but it has been treated like 2 years ago, so am really confused since the pain only comes after smoking but there is No cough!! Please help, I've found ferrel kittens.?

Approximentally 2 weeks ago my husband started feeding 2 malnutritioned and tiny kittens that were either abandon or born under an old unused boathouse in an industrial area. We realize living in Canada that the kittens will not survive the winter and predators, there was no mom in site. So we caught them. We transported them to the vet today, dewormed them, gave them flea treatments and checkups, and immunity shots. The vet estimates there age to be approx. 12 weeks even though they appear to be less than 8 due to mal- nutrition. She doubts they can be rehabilitated as they are very wild and aggresive. I am willing to try. They are presently contained to a small area in my bathroom. I am going to try just talking to them for a while and feeding them as my approach. I would just do some finger food. Some pretty decent stuff that looks posh can be purchased in Marks and Spencers or Asda. Some ideas would be "mini fish and chips or mini burgers" from M&S or Chicken pakoras, samosas, kebabs" from asda.They also do mini cakes which would be a great take home present for all attendees and really resembe little wedding cakes. I would also include a antipasta plate and for something a little different a chocolate fondue (white of course!) or a chuba chup lollipop tree. Need a guys perspective on a weird and difficult situation?

So this is a very involved story so I will do my best to keep it brief. There's a guy that I've known for about 4 years now and we've always had feelings for each other but never had a chance to act on them until 2 months ago. When we first started messing around he was very excited and was making plans, just very involved. Then he went away for a week and he came back a different person. He was burned really badly in his previous relationship and I knew that would cause him to be gaurded but it shocked me at what a turn around it was. Like today he came home for lunch and he had been ignoring my texts so when he got home I ignored him (childish, I know but it's one of the few things he responds to). I listen to heavy metal and dont talk "black", my 'rents find it weird that I'm attracted to LOTS of white boys, I'm attracted to all races, but it's just that black males I see in my town dress in baggy clothes, and that doesn't attract me. I have lots of white friends too, which also contributes to what I'm about to say, I barely have black friends because they all think I'm weird, and white people are just a little more accepting of it, I'm not speak for or against these races, I am black, too. my parents and my brother are always calling me gothic/emo and insulting me about the things I like, they say things like "Why are you trying to be white?!" This upsets me a lot, was it a rule only white people dress/act a certain way that opposes to blacks? Im called "devil worshipper" by them, too. I have a story to tell you about one of my many binges. This one time when I was anorexic, I went to a buffet with my mom, dad, and sister. I freaked out, I had four dishes of food, piled high of everything. Mac and cheese, pizza, cookies, ice cream, french fries, potato's, you name it. I ate and ate and ate, and I felt like I was going to die. I thought I was going to explode. I cried the whole day, and I wanted to die. But even though I felt really bad before we left the place, I put cookies in my pockets and took an ice cream cone to go. I have not gone to a buffet since. I just want to let you know, that if you don't get help, you are going to end up in the hospital, or later on in life you are going to have weight problems or become an emotional eater like me. I have answered your questions for a long time, and if you go back, you will see how people have warned you that these things would happen. I really am worried for you, and you are such an amazing person and so damn gifted. It hurts my heart that you are going down the same path I went down. Please please seek help, I wish someone helped me when I was going through what you are going through. I am only telling you this because I really do care, and I know that may seem like bullshit, but it is the truth. I just dont want anything bad to happen to you.

Should I move to Florida with my aunt and uncle?

My Aunt and Uncle are moving to Florida in November, and I went down there with them a few months ago for the first time and loved it soo much. I loved the atomosphere, the people, the beach, EVERYTHING :), currently live with my Mom, her boyfriend, and my older brother. Long story short, her boyfriend and I do not get along. He points out all of the little things I do wrong and makes my life a living hell. If I had the choice, I would move in with my dad, but he died 4 years ago when I was 12. My mom loves her boyfriend, but she's getting fed up with him too. While we were in Florida, my aunt mentioned to me that if I ever needed a place to stay, I am always welcome to live with them. I'm so torn. I love my mom and brother to death and would miss them so much, but her boyfriend gets me so upset that I feel like I could just leave Illinois and never look back. Why is my ex boyfriend acting better than when we were together since he broke it off?

We met at a local grocery store and it went from there but lasted only 4, maybe 6 weeks tops (if even that). He broke it off in a text of all things (we are 41 and 42 years old for goodness sake) and I did the normal '****, this hurts, why why? the heck with him he wasnt so great afterall, i will find someone better, etc. routine and as part of 'healing', asked him to meet with me and tell me what I did wrong (where he blamed me for something I had done that he didnt like and where he also claimed he had already screwed someone else) and did the 'we can be friends or FWB's to which I half heartedly agreed to and then he was acting better than ever when he seemed to not have the 'responsibility' maybe. I cant get past how amazing he can be and does treat me (making sure I felt warm and loved after a day out, telling me how much he appreciates my spending time with him and how amazing my touch feels and how great we are together). Is that all just becauuse he is is or knows he can get some from me or could he regret letting me go and is testing the waters to see if he could have me back? I had at one point let him know I had begun dating and he eventually asked me if I was telling him about it to make him jealous because it wasnt working and he backs off and leaves me alone but then eventually makes contact again just when I am about 'done' and not going to go 'there' again with my feelings. This is all just since last August and I just need some words of some kind (other than mean, hateful, get over it type stuff please).

While you CAN put a Chi with two big boys, I wouldn't suggest getting a puppy. Having such enormous elders would cause him to grow up very insecure. If he were already grown, he would already have his own attitude and could more easily imilate to being 'the new kid on the block' than if he had ALWAYS been only the underling.

The best thing about felt is having it in place on the decking in case it rains before you have time to get all the shingles installed. I believe it is a stupid law also. Part of the new health care reform act will also require fines for not carrying health insurance. The govt. will make it affordable to those who qualify by income limitations but for those who do not qualify for affordable health care, they are going to carry the brunt of fines. Quitting smoking is a hard thing to do . I smoked many years and tried the patch,gum, and the slowly weaning off thing but none of them worked. The best thing to do is what I did. It takes a lot of will power but it is the only thing that worked for me . Cold Turkey is what it is called . It was hard for the first 2 weeks but then I was fine . The longer you smoke the more damage you do to your lungs and shortens your life expectancy. When you Quit and change your life style you could add 20 years to your life span. Well that is all I can say . Good luck on quitting.

Can you help me figure out whats going on in my dreams?

Okay, I'm going to try to explain this without sounding like a frantic psychopath. Ever since i was younger (like ten I'm 17 now) Ive had dreams of being in a place or during a dream i would go to this place. Every dream would be simple and in color and what-not. I remember there being a certain road that led to said location...it was a bridge that connected my little dream world to "reality" if you will. After i would get off this bridge, i would make a right turn on a path and walk into a little fenced in, wooded area through a whole in the fence. This place was like constantly snowy but warm. it was the ultimate peaceful place. but one day, i had a nightmare in this place where there was a giant snake that i had to kill. I took care of it but ever since then, I returned to this place shortly after that and it was destroyed...like someone had come in and wrecked it. i haven't been able to go back to this place. In my dreams, I'll be trying to get there but the bridge would either break causing me to fall into the water and drown or i would get to this place and it wouldn't be there any longer.In other dreams i've had, I have drove past this place...my dreams almost always occur in this little dream land of mine, but never in any real life locations. Since i found out this place was destroyed, my dreams have been in black and white(scenery wise), and lacking sunshine when in this dream land. This has left me so confused. What does this dream mean?

I have had dreams about the same cemetery twice now and its really freaking me out. the cemetery is on a hill and its got multiple levels. it kind of reminds me of how the Mayans built their cities on hills. its always at night but theres almost like a blue glow coming from somewhere so i can still see everything. theres always a lot of fog. and its in the woods. i dont mean a clearing in the woods. i mean theres trees throughout the cemetery. and the focal point of the cemetary seems to be this large square platform, almost like a dance floor, with black and white checkered tiles, all dirty and grown over with weeds, with a gigantic creepy angel statue in the middle. the first time i dreamt about it i actually had to walk through the cemetery several times. the second time i just stood at the top of the hill looking down into it. i know dreaming of cemeteries means self-renewal or something like that. but i want to know why i keep going to the same cemetery and if it has some kind of significance to me.

Help with paint colors?

We are remodeling a house and i know i want to use neutral tones, like creams and beige's. We are going to paint the old cabinets and i was going to do a off white with more of a beige undertone, with a darker beige wall.. Then we are using cream and taupe tiles for the counters(back splash), and a medium oak laminates on the floors. I just wanted to know if it is all to matchie, matchie.. i cant afford granite counters, but i dont want it to look to bland.. I do however want to stay pretty nuetral. thats a very hard decision to make. if you tell him, you risk ending the relationship with him and your mom and possibly with you. even though he loves you a lot of men will just turn into jerks and walk away. your mother may never forgive you and it could cause a ripple between you and her. on another note, if you are his only "child" and he gets "fixed" then finds out, he may regret not having a child of his own. its a tough decision to make. i also feel that it shouldnt be your decision to have to make but your mother should have told him. he deserves to know. what if you needed an organ or something and she wasnt a match??? im surprised he didnt find out at the hospital. i would personally myself tell him because i feel he should know but be aware of all the things that could go wrong from doing it. be careful, think it out fully. good luck

What is wrong with this rat?

There was a rat on the street infront of my house. It was just lying there, hardly moving (I knew it was still alive). I didn't want to leave it there because I don't want to get run over by a car and I really don't need to see rat guts all over the street. I tried to move it away lightly with a broom and it got up and began running toward my house. The rat has been lying down there for a few hours and has now moved to the sidewalk and is just lying there. What's wrong with this rat? Could it be sick or hurt? It seemed as if there was a shiny substance underneath it on the road, so I'm not sure if this came from the rat or if it was already there. I feel bad because I live near a high school and I don't want the poor thing to be abused by the high school students tomorrow morning or for it to be run over by a car. What should I do? Why did my clownfish die?

Okay I have a 10 gallon nano reef with live rock, and some coral that has been cycling for like a year now, It has bristle star fish, and a hermit crab, So I decided to add a clown fish, I properly acclimated him, and about 2 weeks after being added he died. My salinity, and temp were at okay levels, ammonia=0, nitrite =0, nitrate=10. What killed it? Nothing else died, I'd been feeding him brine shrimp, and flake food.

Hi I dont think it will be an issue keeping chickens in a hutch as long as it is big enough, safe enough and well ventilated. A rule of thumb is 1 sqft per bird in a coop and 4 sqft in a run. Ideally a coop would be better but they can be quite expensive. If you are any good at DIY building a coop is another option.
