Can i do certain drugs while on certain meds?

Ok right now i am sick and i am on a Zpack, bactrban cream and im takin ibubrofen. i want to know if theres a problem with me mixing extacy, smoking pot, doin coke, or drinking alcohol wih these. im probably not gonna drink though, my main concern is mixing extacy with these drugs.
