Pokemon Diamond question: what moves to teach dialga,infernape,roserade,floa… uxie in elete 4?

I like all the moves you listed, I would give the rapidash flamethrower because personally I think infernapes move list is perfectly fine and I would get rid of sludge bomb on roserade and replace it with like razor leaf or something but that's just me(I don't like sludge bomb).
