Is much of modern 'pharmaceutical' science a scam ?

so what you are saying is that to try to find cures to diseases that kill babies is wrong some how i don't think that god would agree with that but thats just me. finding cures for diseases that could keep people alive to know the joy of god and the love of their family could not possibly be wrong or a scam
