Isnt this a cyst?

i have this bump in my groin. its extremely mobile. its not painful. its 1 cm in size and it is not visible at all when i look in the mirror. what is weird to me is when i feel it i can acctually grasp it with my fingers and its squishy. when i press on it, its harder. isnt this a cyst. it has all the symptoms of a cyst, it feels like its right under the skin and the muscle layer
