Firewall help?

i am using an internet connection at home which has a very strong firewall.my connection uses proxy and proxy address to connect.the internet protocol or IP address is on automatic.i need to download with limewire or any other share software.can any one give me a software that can work on any proxy address and p firewall without detection.please give me the name of the software and explain to me how i can configure it to work.
