Can you explain what's the difference from enacted constitution to evolved constitution? Thank you :)?

An enacted Constitution is what the United States has. An evolved Constitution is what Great Britain has. The US has on doent with amendments. Great Britain has no one constitution, just the Magna Carte and its evolving laws.
