Hysterectomy again need some advice?

?????? if she wont go to the doctors willingly and i have text messages shes going to kill her self should i go to the police or go to where so they can help her ..she is a nurse and i dont want her to get a 5150 charge so i dont want to go to the police where else should i go or do if shes not willing to go to the doctors
