Oh I hate the summer heat. I'm wondering if the Philippines is going to be a desert soon.?

The Philippines has been suffering from drought and rising temperature for several months which is unusual for a tropical country. Summer usually starts and lasts only for two - three months but it started as early as late January this year which is supposed to be a cool season and is said to last until June which is supposed to be a rainy month.
