I am trying to find a subject to write my thesis. I am interested in the mental well being of girls/women?

I am trying to select a subject for my thesis. I can not pinpoint any one thing that has to do with communication to write on. I am a organizational communication major. I am interested in the mental health and enpowerment of teen age girls and young adult women.
