How many times did Bill Clinton veto the Welfare Reform Bill before he finally signed it & later took credit?

You know, like he took credit for the other legislation that he was dragged kicking and screaming to? Like the balanced budget amendment? Funny the Republicans had to shut the government down to get him to cut his huge spending aspirations, now Dems claim Clinton did it, while at the time they were using the media to tell the American people Republicans wanted old people to have to eat cat food. Funny how these things work isn't it? Progressives cause a problem then blame Republicans. Republicans fix a problem, then Progressives who called them everything but cool take credit for it, and their media just rolls with the lies. Funny Funny Funny, but it's not funny.
