Windows XP Won't Start-up On My Dell Laptop?

Windows XP boots all the way until it gets to the user screen. Then it freezes and the screen's just blue. I don't know what to do but I've tried mostly everything with no success. My laptop has no CD drives, so there is no possible way for me to insert a CD into my laptop. A lot of people have the same question as I do....or so Google shows. (x'D) Please help A.S.A.P. o - o I know how Dell is really sucky with their computers... |||
