Employer Rejection letter with a twist?

I'd give it the benefit of the doubt and at least for another week or two keep in touch with them. You've nothing to lose. Perhaps they are disorganized. If it's intentional you are better off without the job. Perhaps they have made an offer and are hedging their bets if they get turned down? Good luck.
