Child Flying Alone, How to do the Authorization letter for the international police?

I might need my 11 year old kid to fly alone to Chile, and i understand that i must pay more in the ticket to have him istance by a person, now my real question is the letter for the international police, what are the crucial details to put in there authorizing my child traveling alone? if possible could i have some kind of template?
