Since evolution has it seems become like a religion to many these days I have posted this in the R&S section.?

It is questioned all the time. However, people who think evolution is wrong almost always only do so because of religious motives, and have not a shred of credible evidence or reasoning to back them up. People get fed up of having to shoot down the same worthless strawman arguments time and time again, and it can make them a little cranky. And since when are you meant to have free speech in the middle of a lecture?
