Help please?????

I'm a 15 year old average girl. Lately i've been feeling a little sick, and i've been having a fever around 99 -101. I went to the doctor and they think that i have wes nile virus, but the results haven't came back to confirm it yet. Well it's 3:30 in the morning where i live & i was just woken up by my whole body shaking, and having this intense pain in my throat/stomach. Is this normal for wes nile? What else could it be? I have a low grade fever right now... its 99.3. Other than all of that i feel ok, just a little body aches. Should i call my 24/7 doctor? Or does this sound normal for wes nile?
